    The Panasonic toughbook arrived fast but unfortunately it didn't power on. After contacting the seller, there was speedy communication to try and resolve but it had to be returned for replacement. The seller communicated why the unit was faulty and how it was repaired then re posted it back very fast! I had mentioned some cosmetic issues with it and these were also rectified free of charge.
