Sleep better and find relief from leg cramps
I was getting leg cramps in my calf muscles while sleeping and it would cause me to wake up and have to jump out of bed and stomp my feet to calm them down. If you have ever experienced what I am telling you I know you can understand what it feels like. A friend of mine who is P.A. said Magnesium would help. I didn’t get much relief from it until found this High Absorption Magnesium for Leg Cramps. It took about 30 days of taking it at bed time every night before I started getting relief from the leg cramps. I still get them on occasion but they are not as frequent as before.
