I purchased a set of Chevy Colorado OEM ZR2 Wheels. The wheels were wrapped and shipped 2x2. The UPS location only recieved one set of 2. I never received the other two. After exhausting all efforts on my end either online, over the phone, or in-person at a UPS store, I eventually gave up going in circles This needed to be initiated and handled by the shipper. He said he stands by his products. Magically, two of them have dissappeared on me. In the end, I paid $950 for 2 wheels.

Under Investigation by UPS, UPS Claims Package Delivered Intact, Could NOT Have Happened as Customer States. Customer has not Cooperated for Claim.to Be Validated As of Yet. Customer, Sends Contradicting Messages. We Have Been Trying To Help with Situation Since Contacted by Buyer as Well. He Needs to Cooperate with UPS to Validate CLAIM. We Can ONLY Do So Much on Our End as Seller, ALL Four Wheels were Shipped as One Package at 109lbs, and 40X20X20 Package Not 2X2 ?

I cooperated and provided every bit of information that was requested. Not one UPS employee I spoke to substantiated how the seller sent out the wheels. After three months, I told him I’m not waiting any further. I asked him for a return address. He provided it. Then when I told him I shipped the two wheels I received, he acted surprised. I paid $229 to ship. I’m not receiving a refund for what I sent back, and at this point the only hope of any refund, is based on his UPS claim.
