    good while it works - which it is not long sadly

    This product is excellent while it works but the power cable is not long nor sturdy enough and it breaks easily. I have 2 and both are useless because after the first replacement the company stopped answering and now I cannot use any of them. It will be great if the cable is longer and electrical parts are better manufactured. IT IS NOT A CHEALP HEATING PAD THEN MAKE IT TO LAST PLEASE.

    The temperature is in Celsius. Difficult to keep it at a steady temp. Overall still a good product especially at the price compared to others.
