Excellent communication and great support staff - I was on a bit of a tight schedule so messaged Bose regarding delivery time frame. Shipped notification without tracking the very next day. It took, roughly 2 weeks to arrive with no update to the tracking as there was no tracking number. Was going to cancel if it took longer than 3 weeks. Eventually did arrive and product looks brand new.
