The Hewlett-Packard motherboard integrates with the laptop display, but the VGA port can also be used with a selection of other display technologies for added utility, complemented by an HDMI port for high-definition displays. One way this Hewlett-Packard motherboard keeps its size requirements down in addition to the onboard ports is through an integrated Intel GL40 graphics chipset that is capable of working with other system components to offer stable graphics quality to the user. A USB port is available on the Hewlett-Packard 578228-001 socket 478 motherboard to provide access to various external storage options as well as an assortment of function-enhancing devices. Wired LAN connectivity is available on this Hewlett-Packard motherboard through an integrated Ethernet port and a SATA interface allows for connecting a hard drive with high-speed internal data transfers.

    cq60 motherboard.

    I received the new motherboard and got installed. However no fault of the board, it didn't solve the problem.. 1'm still working on it.

    Perfect fix

    It does what it is supposed to do and my customer is very happy. When changing a motherboard it is always advisable to change the memory and the cpu as well because chances are the computer overheated or had a liquid spill which caused the motherboard to quit working in the first place. Keeping in mind that liquid and electronics do not go together without problems if they are introduced to each other. Also overheating situations should never be ignored as it only leads to major problems. This being said, Yes I would recommend this product to anyone in need of it. I read some other reviews on this particular motherboard and was surprised to see the ratings based on the users inexperience with repairs of computers. If you do not know how to do it let a pro do it.
