    great memory

    took out my 16mb of Hynix memory to replace with this... and it's like night and day. So fast, plus pretty cool looking. Although I'm not really sold on the effectiveness of the heat sinks around the chips due to them being connected by a double sided tape on the inside to hold it all together. Seems to me that the tape will melt to the chip when it gets hot (as it will), but it works perfectly for me. I'll live with it. Love the upgrade.

    Good DDR3 Desktop RAM

    These work great in my custom rig. Highly compatible XMS profile. Can't go wrong with these, especially used, since I got 16GB (2x8gb) sticks for under $100. I might add a couple more to boost my ram to 32GB. Be sure you match the exact model number if you want to combine pairs of these in the same machine.
