Ended up returning the hoodie as it isn't 100% cotton (& a spelling discrepancy but they offered to correct that) The communication has been effortless and consistent. They even messaged prior to shipping to make sure that I was getting the correct size. Package came faster than I expected and excellently wrapped. I definitely tried contacting several times. Even though they're in China I am very patient. After receiving the shirt it has been up to two weeks and we haven't even had a discussion about getting the right size since they sent the wrong size. I like the shirt so much I'm going to have to spend another $20 for it. So all in all I spent $40+ just to get the right size. Communication goes a long way. First and last time I'm purchasing from them.
