    The seller listed a Dell 5400 keyboard, which clearly does not fit my laptop that’s a dell 5400 . I opened a return request, but the seller was rude and arrogant refused my return. I will be asking eBay to step in to get refund . The only outcome of this situation is that the seller will receive negative feedback. I would not recommend using this seller, as he is unhelpful. He needs to ensure his listings are accurate, especially if there are multiple keyboard variations for one model

    This is completely untrue statement.Keyboard has been properly listed described as Latitude 5400-p/n K0GVM, which has pointer as you can see on the picture.There is also another keyboard for Latitude 5400 -JJVWV without pointer.When customer received kbd he tried to blame me that I have listed it wrongly, but the true is he bought the wrong part number. He didn't send picture of his original kbd part number. He used blackmail to say he would give negative feedback if I don't accept return.
