The wheels are as described: new, in box with new hubs, spokes and even a couple extra spokes as well. The wheels are custom built and ready to ride, and they ride great! Massive improvement over the original alloy wheels. Seller was friendly and accommodating with my request for expedited shipping and making one change on the order.
