Great seller, great communication. Shipping costs for this bowling ball were 58 dollars by UPS. UPS then lost the package and it ended up going to New York from California and back. Asked Seller about delay and Seller initiated an investigation which located it in New York. Almost two weeks to get it finally delivered in Southern Cal. Not a good return on 58 bucks for shipping. UPS is a poor performer these days.
