    Worth it for a reset button

    When the original charger broke, I ordered the cheapest cable available. I had no idea how important the reset button would be. These cables are a quality replacement. Good price and shipped earlier than promised. Would recommend.

    Does NOT work

    I received my two Fitbit Alta chargers and they do not work. When I plug them into either my computer or a wall outlet and charge my Fitbit, the Fitbit screen does not light up and turn on to show it’s charging. I tried both chargers and neither work. I tried the reset button and it also does not work on either. I have an old charger that works to charge my Fitbit but it doesn’t have the reset button, which is why I ordered this one. I know the Fitbit works and charges but these chargers do not work.
