Despite being described in original listing as NM and as having no damage, several pages top & bottom right were badly frayed and chipped. Clear vendor did not examine item before posting such a positive review. Posting neutral rather than negative feedback as vendor did offer partial refund of $8 but this was insufficient (buyer was looking at overall loss of $33) so finally got full refund via eBay.
