These roofbars came damaged due to the delivery company as the box had been damaged in transit. They were a lovely set of roof bars too. The seller offered to rectify the problem straight away. Unfortunately we were going away on holiday the next day so we had to buy another set from a shop. The original company issued a refund as soon as they received the damaged set back. They were so helpful and gave great customer service.
