I received my item super fast for starters. It took two days. When I opened it , it was packed very well and as someone who has to ship delicate things I appreciated that. There was a small part that needed tweaking . The seller offered a return or partial refund for the cost to fix. I declined bc I thought I was fairly sure I could do it. It was an easy fix. But they were in constant contact regarding the whole thing. And they still sent me a partial refund! Customer for life!!
