The phone looks brand new and works well. Thanks to the seller 🙏 The only problem we had was with the shipping company. They never came to deliver the phone and they kept the phone for so long. We had to go to the USPS office in search of the phone. Thank God the lady we met that day was nice. She looked for the phone everywhere, till she finally realized that it was among the things they were returning to the seller. Other than that, the phone has no problem.

The item was listed as new - open box. When I received the item, there were obvious signs of wear, including smudges on the screen, and oil & dirt buildup in the crevices. Upon turning on the phone, it abruptly shut down without warning continually, despite being fully charged. When I returned it, the seller immediately threatened to not refund me because I had logged into the device. They asked for a phone number, which I provided, but still did not refund me.
