The guitar was packaged well and arrived very quickly. It seems to be in good working order and the company are very concerned to follow up with any issues or problems it might have. They seem to care about what experience a customer has. I havent checked it over closely and tested everything but it has no obvious issues like damage or broken pieces or obvious things you immediately notice as bad. So far i am pleased with the instrument. Very beautiful guitar!!!
