In the short time I've been taking these I have noticed stronger fingernails. As a former nail bitter my nails were thin and splitting, now much stronger and less splitting. Highly recommend this product. . Just 1 cap twice a day. Small easy to swallow .

Never could grow natural nails
One little pill a day, and about the 3rd day you start seeing the difference in your nails. The 5000mg is strong, so once you get going, I cut back to about 3-4 times a week, and goes really far that way. I will reorder again!
