Ich hatte den Krupp Titan 1:18 in dunkelgrau bestellt, erhielt aber irrtümlicherweise das Modell in dunkelblau (kann ja mal passieren). Ich kontaktierte den Verkäufer und schilderte ihm das Problem. Der Verkäufer reagierte sofort, professionell und Kundenfreundlich. Ich konnte die irrtümlich gesendete Ware kostenlos zurücksenden und erhielt dann innert kürzester Zeit das korrekte Modell in gewünschter Farbe!
