    One of the best

    Finally a DVD that the parents will like too. The other Baby _____ (you fill in the blank) movies are also great for babies but their music is annoying and drives parents nuts. Baby Genius actually plays real classical music the way it was originally written and not the kind that has little baby sounds and only uses gentle instruments etc. My baby likes all of the different DVD's designed for it. But this is the only one that I can tolerate.

    My 8 mo old loves Baby Genius Series

    The Baby Genius Series is very basic and that's what makes it perfect. It appeals to infants and toddlers. These DVDs are meant to expose your child to soothing classical music and stimulate their interest with the things that they find fascinating at this age. Have you ever noticed how interested and excited your infant is with animals such as puppies & kittens? My son is 8 months old and he finds the Baby Genius series very fascinating. At this age, nothing holds his attention for long periods of time, but we put the DVD on in the room while we are playing with him, and when he sees something he likes he stops and stares or laughs and even tries to go over and touch the puppies, fish, kittens, leaves etc. all the while the soothing classical music is playing.

    It's like watching a fish tank

    My daughter enjoys these dvds but this underwater dvd has no words, no characters doing anything really. Its like watching a fish tank. That's all. Bore!

    Disappointing

    My 18 month old is glued to baby Einstein DVD’s with children and singing. This is just Mozart background music to aquarium videos. He is not engaged.

    Excellent addition to our collection!

    This product contains a DVD and a CD of classical music. The DVD contains colorful and clear real-life videos of common sea creatures. The background music is very soothing and easy to listen to repeatedly. The CD contains the same classical music which is played during our car trips. The DVD can be improved by saying a few words about the sea animals.
