Unfortunately, this product arrived very poorly packed in bubble envelope for a travel-type HP Keyboard, should have at least been encased in cardboard sleeves in bubble pack and actually in a box: Thus, corner of keyboard came bent up, some trim missing and end of keyboard broken- Also ONLY fits special HP models so now completely unuseable. I didn't want to take time/trouble/expense to return so stuck with almost $30 out the window. Probably won't deal here again, sorry.. Wish seller best.
