    The item was promptly shipped and as described. When doing the self test, the printer jammed immediately from tray 2. I do realize this was a used printer, but the jam was not after several pages, but immediately. I cleared the jam and reprinted the self test, it jammed again, and did so again a third time. The seller was very responsive on the return, which I greatly appreciated.
