I did try to work it put with the seller !!! in order to get a refund I had to return this purse to India !!!
I asked the seller if I could please send it to his New York office ! he said NO !!! I went to UPS with the purse and it would have cost me over $300 to send it back !!! I will never buy from an overseas seller again !!! Lesson Learned !!! he was very unfair about this situation !!!
