    Shipping label generated next business day but not received until 30 days after order placed. This was fine for me as I wasn’t in a rush for it. The product works perfectly and there are not cosmetic imperfections at all. Most of the time official refurbs by companies are given a new shell if necessary. Happy with my purchase. FYI the flex SE differs from regular flex in that it doesn’t have a microphone or speaker for Bluetooth phone calls. plastic wrap on speaker was not needed and wasteful.
