Product Information

Team 17's quirky, turn-based war game goes 3D in this release for home computers and 128-bit generation consoles. The added dimension allows players to view the action first-person, from above in "blimp" perspective or from behind their invertebrate warriors. It also creates yet another variable for which to account when firing off any of the game's numerous, unpredictable weapons. Battlefield landscapes are randomly generated and, of course, fully deformable. Other additions include a deeper training mode and improved AI opponents for engaging solo play. Worms 3D is designed to retain the style and feel of its 2D predecessors, with the return of such favorite armaments as banana bombs, "Holy Hand Grenades," and exploding sheep, as well as deceptively simple-looking gameplay that seldom fails to surprise.

    Great Game😁

    I still remember when I played this game for the time back when I was really little and playing it again really brought back so many memories! I enjoyed this game back then and I still enjoy this game today. Fun and addicting game that is still worth trying for those who haven’t played this game before! I recommend it to anyone!

    Worms 3D Fun for little kids & big kids ages 5 threw 55

    Worms 3D has been alot of fun playing. My 5 year old son did not take very long to get good at playing it. I would like to be able to dig in with my worms. I had no problems buying it used on ebay.

    Doesn't live up to the WORMS legacy...

    I gave this game a fair chance, hoping that the 3D aspect might open up a whole other can of worms....hahaha... However, I turned out to be pretty disappointed. Controlling the worms in a 3D environment proved to be quite difficult, and selecting and aiming the weapons was even harder. I think this might be one of those games that's just better off in a 2D format.
