Not the truck console I ordered, but they told me the other one was damaged. I gave the okay to send a higher priced one at no extra charge. I was sent a very used one with the USB cord cut off that brand new is listed at half the price I payed. I even thanked them for their honesty! My bad a very expensive lesson I have learned. I just wanted a nice new console for our grandson who just started driving. 😢
