    It is a cheap plastic bellows with a cheap plastic hose and a couple of tips that can be used to pump air or (gas station cigar) smoke into a EVAP system to check for leaks. It does the job for an occasional DIYer, but I doubt it would stand up to frequent use (or withstand getting frequently bumped in a toolbox drawer)

    This item arrived in a padded envelope with no other protection around it. It arrived damaged. It could be usable, but probably the life is limited due to the damage. The plastic is dented on the top of the bellows in a straight line across the top of the item, as if something heavy was laying on it. The center part does not appear to be damaged. The damage is on both sides. I would like a replacement. Please advise what to do next.
