I ordered an acrylic bee suncatcher. I recieved a solid piece of plastic with a picture of a suncatcher printed on it. Who would want that? A clearly dishonest listing, implying a transparent, multicoloured stained glass-style (but with plastic) ornament, but delivering a ludicrous item. My complaint was met with askinf for pictures, blame for "choosing the wrong option", an offer of 40% refund, and finally a a reluctant refund of almost the full amount. Ridiculous seller. Terrible experience.

I ordered a month ago and the seller is not providing satisfactory answer. The item is not moving while I am tracking. It looks like scam. I wasted my money and didn’t receive product. According to the description it meant to arrive on 24th November but it’s more than that. Very frustrated with this seller and won’t recommend anyone to buy from this seller.
