The scan tool came as said it was gna haven’t tried it but can’t wait too, came in a nice carrying case that zips for secure storage I’d recommend this seller for good shipping services

Item was delivered fast. Although it looks new and seems to work, it came in an unsealed, generic box from a Georgia shipping point, rather than the seller's Texas location. It was missing a screen protector film. Seller was a bit slow in responding to my concerns, but said the right things when they did reply. I called Innova. They confirmed that the 6100P scanner no longer comes with a case or a user manual, but should have included a screen protector film and a sealed Innova logo package.
