I ordered a grey strip but received a black one. The incorrect label appears to have been placed on the bag, so not really the sellers fault, without opening, you probably couldn't see the colour of the strip inside. I suggest buyers, buy in pairs as they aren't the same as the originals and so may not match the original HP one. Seller refunded the item.
