The HO scale pumps were amazingly detailed and well made. Washed them in Dawn and then primed them. Great quality! They arrived safely nestled and protected in a little box. I did have one unit that was slightly warped. I contacted the seller and he immediately sent the replacements to me. He was very responsive and also had great integrity. He did include an additional pump and some little figurines as a courtesy. Most definitely saving him as a preferred seller and will go back to him.
