Bose is a Leader for a reason - They deliver the goods.
I own QC 3s, QC 15s, and these OE2i headphones. Bose makes an absolutely superior product. The sound quality on the OE2i model is amazing: The mixes are even and full, and they have the capacity to play at very loud intervals. They are also incredibly lightweight and fold up to almost nothing. The pads are soft & comfortable, and the design is pleasant. The nice thing about the OE2is, compared with the noise cancelling models is that the OE2is don't require a battery, so you never have to worry about keeping one handy. In addition to everything else, Bose's customer service is stellar. Definitely worth the money and make a great gift.I own QC 3s, QC 15s, and these OE2i headphones. Not bad, but expected a bit more
To start with, it is Bose. Who can really complain about that? But I did expect a bit more from them. Considering they were over $100 brand new, I did expect the sound quality to be a bit higher and not as much distortion at higher volumes. Although the audio cable is very thin and flimsy, that might have something to do with the lack of complete quality. I plan on getting a higher quality audio cable and trying it out. Using the equalizer with these headphones can produce some great results, but don't expect to get the quality of $200-$400 pair of Bose out of these. But the used price was right so I don't have many complaints but I certainly wouldn't have spent over $100 for these brand new. Love these headphones!
Love these headphones. The sound is very clear and the ear cups fit very comfortably over the ears, and don't feel comebersome. They fold very easily and fit very nicely in the zippered case that was included.
