Item was as described. Five business days to ship from California to Illinois with USPS. Packaging wasn’t the best but cables were in good condition at delivery. I actually received a different pedalboard from what was ordered, however, it was a bit larger and had a slightly higher MSRP. I contacted the seller to see what could be done, noting that despite the higher value, it listed on eBay for about $10 less, and that I would be happy keeping it if I were to be refunded the difference.
