The item came from China as described, good quality, and it worked, but these motors need a "Torque Arm" installed and it did not come with one. I installed the motor and it spun out of the fork and the motor cable broke. If you buy from China, remember returning items is very difficult, I had to pay shipping to get a new motor that was not mounted on a wheel. Only buy items that have been reviewed and you know how to install and use them, E-bike kits may be too hard to return.

I have had nothing but trouble with this kit. When installed after 150 km it stopped working with a fault code identifying a motor hall sensor problem . I contacted the seller who came back to me after three days . Continued asking me to describe the problem and send pictures. I had a professional e-bike mechanic look at it . He identified the problem being in the motor . This cost me $80 Aus they finally agreed to send me another motor if I payed the freight. This cost me another $130 Aus .

The wheels are as described: new, in box with new hubs, spokes and even a couple extra spokes as well. The wheels are custom built and ready to ride, and they ride great! Massive improvement over the original alloy wheels. Seller was friendly and accommodating with my request for expedited shipping and making one change on the order.
