The description was correct the seller just sent me the wrong shade and did not correct the mistake. Now I’m stuck with a product I can not use. ( Out $25.00)

The seller offers merchandise that is not the model he indicates and is used when he indicates that it is totally new and sealed. The box did not arrive sealed and the device was already synchronized and with the battery fully charged when the device arrived with only half a battery when it was sealed and never used. Before paying for the equipment I contacted the seller and he assured me that everything was new and unused and that was not the case.
