The bag was torn up and product was visible through tears in bag. There was very little in the description. It just said to see pics. Some damage was shown clearly in pics but there was more damage not shown. Still a really good deal.

The gold is brighter in person presumably due to lighting differences, but I'm happy about that and the size. I messaged the seller a couple days ahead of ordering to ask if there was any wear not visible in the photos (there weren't many photos), and they never responded. Since the purse is in excellent condition and I got it for a great price, I'm overall satisfied with the experience.
