Item came in a better condition than described. I expected a few wear and tear dents, but it had one light scratch on the chassis. Keys, screen, everything looked pretty mint aside light usage. Item was well packaged to ensure no damage in transit would occur and used a reputable shipper (NOT YOU, USPS!)
