The sequel to 2005's King of Swing on Game Boy Advance, DK: Jungle Climber stars characters and elements introduced in Nintendo's Donkey Kong Country series on the 16-bit Super NES. Diddy Kong now tags along on Donkey Kong's back to help his uncle complete objectives. Once again the action primarily involves using the left and right shoulder buttons to climb on pegboards with Kong's left and right hands. New features include levels spanning two screens in height, additional moves and items, and an assortment of mini-games to unlock. <br><br>Characters and backgrounds in Jungle Climber are rendered with a 3D effect, mimicking the style used in the Donkey Kong Country series. The single-player adventure mode has gamers guiding both Donkey and Diddy in a quest to stop King K. Rool's nefarious plans. Players will travel high and low, across the sky and below water, while collecting bananas and letters spelling "kong." Up to four friends can compete in multiplayer battles supporting both download play and local wireless options. Playable characters in the Kong family include Funky, Dixie, Donkey, and Diddy.

    Great game for children and adults, but it can be too challenging in parts.

    This game is amazing. It's so fun to play, hard to put down for adults and children. One thing is that it does get incredibly difficult to pass the levels once you get far into the game. I guess that's probably the normal progression, but hard for my 6 year old to understand. I anticipated it would be a bit easier, but it's definitely not. It's a toss-up.... great, fun game but too challenging to be rated for "everyone"

    My son loved this Game!!

    I got this game for my son. I used to have Donkey Kong Country for Super Nintendo when I was a kid and I wanted him to have it. I loved it then myself and knew he would love it too. This game is great for smaller kids I supposed older kids won't be too excited by it. We just loved Donkey Kong so not much bad to say about it. The climbing part is obviously different than other Donkey Kong versions and it takes some getting used to but it's not a deal breaker.
