Item was described as stated used in good condition for it’s age, sell did not mention motor was seized up in description. Shipping cost was fair, there was somewhat of a delay in shipping item was paid for 10/10/2023, received the item 10/18/2023. Communication with seller was excellent. It was just the delay in shipping when the item was paid for.
