It is also one of three eTrex units that are designed to provide precise GPS positioning using correction data obtained from the Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS).     These are definitely worth the money

    It seems like this unit works well. I believe the screen is a little smaller than my original one and I do like the Edition to the scroll Mouse on the front of a device.

    Wouldn’t work in slow movement.

    You have to be moving fast for the it to work. I was trying to use it in a thicket and couldn’t walk fast. It wouldn’t work.
