Honestly very amazed by this product..I have tried all types of different expensive product with no to little results. Some with horrible chest pains ... So far this product has shown positive results.. I been using it for a week and my hair has stopped falling out iam seeing new hair growth where I once was completely bold.. no side effects .. I did add a bit tea oil because it is super thick it does smell like burnt microwave popcorn but the tea oil covers it a bit. Differently will buy again

After receiving the item in poor condition, and oil leaking from the box when I received it. I asked for some type of credit which we both agreed on 12$ after waiting 5 days I never heard anything back from the seller so I returned the item. Poor customer service poor communication and terrible packaging.

Refund was issued through ebay. I paid to ship item and to ship back and provided complete refund. The cardboard was wet and looking at your photo you received more than 10oz. You asked for a 50% discount.
