I Ask the seller if I can return the product because it didnt work it just made a bunch of noise and that was it. He said i can only return it if i retract my return request thru Ebay. Then he said that I was not competent enough to do the install myself and that i should have someone else do it. I have yet to recieve any refund whatsoever. Just a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND WOSRE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY!

I was worried about installing this thing myself, putting in a sustainer is one of the most difficult tasks of guitar electronics. One website notes "professional installation strongly recommended." I was extra worried when wiring instructions weren't included, however, the seller communicated directly with me and helped create custom wiring diagrams specific to my guitar.
