    Nothing turned up and no tracking number was uploaded. I opened a case 5 days after the due date and had no response. Many days later someone responded saying they were in hospital and someone was managing their ebay. So in that case I asked if I could still have the item then and was told they are unable to complete my order and refunded me. But the listing is still live and the store is open and they have sold and sent items before and after my purchase. Just not my one!
