As soon as my payment was made, I received a long email explaining how there had been a mistake in the cost of the item and would I be interested in paying the real price (approximately 5 times as much). The item was marked as dispatched by this point. It felt like a deliberate action as the email was lengthy and well-scripted. I asked for a refund that I received after another lengthy email. A strange way to conduct business.
