Item was not fully operable despite description saying as such. Down and upstrum were intermittent at best. Repaired with parts I had on hand. Shipping didn't happen until almost a week later after I contacted seller. Arrived late. Contacted support to raise issue and seller. Seller hasn't responded in over two weeks now. Absolutely ridiculous and unsat. Waited this long to give ample time and effort to resolve. I believe this has been more than fair. Buyer beware, despite positve feedback.
