The item did not arrive as pictured. The headshell had no hinges to be able lift it up and hold it in place and it was broken upon arrival. I tried contacting the seller but he didn’t respond. He was super slow to respond also prior to the package arriving when inquired about tracking info and why it was late.

The record player just arrived and it is not what was pictured for sale. The dust cover is cracked and chipped, there is a split in the plastic. It is deeply scratched and missing plastic back hinge. Meanwhile the image in the listing has a pristine dust cover and no missing plastic hinge. This goes far beyond “scratches and dirt” as per the “excellent” rating that was posted. The seller was not responsive throughout the process and I am very disappointed with the service all around.
