This company is probably the fairest I’ve dealt with on eBay. First I ordered the wrong amount from the start. I immediately asked for a refund and purchased the right order. In a couple of days the refund was back and the crickets came day before vacation. Post office tore screen on shipping box and placed in a plastic bin which had holes in it. Took pictures and sent them in after all was done I had maybe 200 left. She sent a nice message and I got another refund. Perfect service
