I am in love with the jacket I received. More than that I so appreciate the communication from this shop owner. We had a major shipping issue—three times—none of which were the seller’s fault. She worked for days to find my package. Then drove all over town to find another expedited shipping option late into the night. Ultimately, (again thanks for all the shipping companies ineptness) my jacket did not make it on time. All is well. I have the jacket and the seller was more than responsive.
