I purchased this ink from this seller, however i received an expired cartridge, i was advised that she can't resend a new cartridge until she receives this old one back and i have to PAY for the new one AGAIN and i would only get my refund when she gets back the expired cartridge. Mind you this was no fault of mine because i never ordered an expired cartridge in the first place as per description. To date i am still waiting for a refund with an address provided that may have been incorrect

Spindle came in a broken box, had probably fallen out multiple times and the hubs were missing. Where are the hubs? I have been trying to get a used spindle and hub from this seller for along time and it's been very frustrating. I hope this can be resolved.
