The item was a chopper that was advertised "new in box." The item arrived without a box and without the blade. The item was shipped in an UNPADDED postal envelope. I contacted seller who said he'd ship the blade. The seller said the box would have to be folded up. I asked for a refund and shipped it back to seller. I was concerned the extremely sharp blade would be shipped in another unpadded envelope which would of course be dangerous.
